She has over 13 years of insurance experience and has earned a Certified Insurance Service Representative designation (CISR) along with her WV P&C (Property and Casualty) and Life and Health licenses. Christi enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children. Christi's hometown is Morgantown, WV.

Jeannie Frankenberry, CIC, AAI

Jeannie is a Certified Insurance Counselor and is the first women in the state of WV to obtain this designation. Jeannie has also earned the status of Accredited Adviser in Insurance.  She has been employed with the company since 1979 and has her WV P&C (Property and Casualty) license as well as her Life and Health license. Her hometown is Morgantown, WV.  

Neil O'Hara

When it comes to Neil's favorite activities, they can be summed up by saying, "It's all about the outdoors." He enjoys many activities like barefoot water skiing, physical training and snow boarding. Neil is a graduate from Fairmont State college with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been with Insurance Centers since April 2007 and has his WV Life and Health, WV P&C License. Neil also has completed the TAPP Producer training program with Westfield Insurance Company.

Many of Rebecca's favorite activities include working out, tennis, vacationing and spending time with family & friends. Rebecca has been with Insurance Centers since January 2008 and brings over 8 years of experience working in the accounting and Administratative fields. She is originally from Michigan and is married with one son.  

Shannon Armstrong

Shannon spends her free time volunteering with the American Cancer Society and the Corporate Volunteer Council, which supports the United Way. Shannon has been employed at Insurance Centers since October 2004 and has completed the National Alliance Producer School for producer Development in Dallas, TX. She has her WV P&C (Property and Casualty) License and is currently working to obtain her CIC designation. Shannon is the 2008 Young Agents committee Chairperson for the Independent Insurance Agents of WV and currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of WV.

Sherry Shafer

Sherry has over 19 years of experience in the medical/rehabilitation field.  Of those 19 years, she has spent 15 years working with workers compensation.  She has obtained her WV P&C (Property and Casualty) License and also has CPR Certification.  Her Education includes several medical courses.  Sherry's Hobbies include watching cooking shows, collecting lighthouses and spending time wither her husband and son.
